On English Wikipedia, it was decided in a deletion discussion to delete the page "category:User simple", and all of its subcategories, such as "Category:User simple-2", etc. Unfortunately, Babel AutoCreate keeps recreating these categories. The categories have been fully create-protected to prevent this, but somehow Babel AutoCreate still manages to create them, despite not having "administrator" listed in its user rights. Can you please stop it from doing so? (I would also be grateful if someone could explain how this account is managing to create fully-protected pages.) The deletion discussion is at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/User/Archive/February_2008#Category:User_simple_and_all_subcategories.
My mistake. The decision was not to delete "Category:User simple" and all its subpages: it was to delete all subpages and merge them into "Category:User simple". Thus it is OK for "Category:User simple" to exist, but "Category:User simple-1", "Category:User simple-N" etc should not be re-created.

Babel is doing what it's been configured to do. If bug 31311 is fixed, you'll be able to use that configuration (Meta-Wiki has been eagerly waiting for it too).
