Today I locked & suppressed a global account (see https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=suppress&user=Vituzzu&page=&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=&hide_patrol_log=1 17:49, 6 March 2012 entry) but according to local special:ipblocklist the lock seems to affect another user: https://fa.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%88%DB%8C%DA%98%D9%87:%D9%81%D9%87%D8%B1%D8%B3%D8%AA_%D8%A8%D8%B3%D8%AA%D9%86_%D9%86%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%86%DB%8C_%D8%A2%DB%8C%E2%80%8C%D9%BE%DB%8C?wpTarget=Rahulvijayakumar&limit=50 while centrlauth shows no locks for it https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Rahulvijayakumar but I'm not sure if the user is now able to edit

This will be fixed along with bug 34995.

You should know the suppression log is private by definition.
