The "editing help" link in the Edit pages, uses an absolute URL, should use a relative URL with absolute path.

It's already a relative URL with absolute path both on my test wiki and English Wikipedia, can you provide a link where it's an absolute URL and shouldn't be?
(Note: it's allowed to have an absolute URL for the "Editing help" link to point to another site.)
