Book Manager Title/Subtitle Issue - Does not display in pdf or other docs. Could not locate fix or bug report. Thanks

I just tested this on en.wikipedia.org and everything worked as expected. The title and subtitle as set on the collection page was shown on the first page of the PDF. If you are still experiencing this problem please provide some info on where and how this fails.
