Description Sarah Stierch 2012-08-16 17:36:08 UTC
I was using the new page triage extension and I nominated an article for deletion. One editor has protested. The article is totally going to be deleted because it's a "how-to" (and Wikipedia isn't that). But, this editor has basically said that it should be kept based on the edit summary that New Page Triage provided:

"Also I criticize the actions of the nominator SarahStierch who said in their edit summary page triage, when they obviously intended page destruction not repair."

When I looked at my edit summary it just states "(Added tags to the page using PageTriage)" it doesn't state that the article was nominated for deletion.

It'd be great to have a specific AfD/Speedy/PROD based edit summary for this, too. Like Twinkle!

Thanks!! :)

What Sarah said. This is *vital* if we're to have software that isn't noticeably worse at stuff than Twinkle.
