URLs such as the following examples appear in several browser tests and cause intermittent test failures in browsers other than Firefox, for example for UploadWizard on beta commons and for AFTv5 on beta enwiki:

the errors seen are:

I guess that issue has been fixed somehow. If it is still causing browser tests to choke please reopen.
