The serialization of PropertyValueSnaks may contain a datatype field indicating
the snak's data type. This is more useful than the often ambiguous or
misleading value type. 

The output gernerated by API modules should thus contain the datatype field.

Status: this is now supported by the serializers, but API modules need to be updated to make use of that new feature.
