on beta labs and ee-flow-extra, preview of a new topic is broken.
It fails at Line 657 of ui-functions.js
  $( this ).html( data['flow-parsoid-utils'].content );
with "data is undefined."

It also happens if you only add a topic title (no first post details) and click Preview.

There's no JS error any more, was fixed in gerrit Iba294667983
