Description Bawolff (Brian Wolff) 2014-09-26 16:37:02 UTC
Example: various lower case things on https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=querypage&qppage=GloballyWantedFiles&qplimit=max https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GloballyWantedFiles

globalimagelinks stores first-letter lower case entries for wiktionary. It tries to join against page to determine wantedness, where the first letter will be uppercase (As commons is first letter case insensitive).

Not sure how best to resolve this. I suppose could make a really complicated join condition using LOWER, but would have to watch out for charsets and stuff...

For now I'll add a warning to the page, and stop auto-upper casing entries.
