Description Adrian Lang 2008-02-27 09:42:26 UTC
When used on an image description or any other page, __HIDDENCAT__ categorizes the page in [[Category:{{MediaWiki:Hidden-category-category‎}}]]. This magicword should only work in categories.
Comment 1 Adrian Lang 2008-02-27 09:55:42 UTC
An example for an image with __HIDDENCAT__ can be found at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Tweeter_seda.jpg, the other files in http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Hidden_categories are directly placed in it due to a bot error.
Comment 2 Brion Vibber 2008-02-29 00:56:06 UTC
Fixed in r31393; now only sets the hidden-category state if the page is a category page.
Comment 3 Alexandre Emsenhuber [IAlex] 2008-03-05 12:47:11 UTC
Marking bug as Fixed.
