Description Melancholie 2008-05-07 01:01:51 UTC
Always keep the (+/-) link (#mw-revisiontoggle) on the right side (align)!

At the moment the (+/-) jumps from right to left if message gets toggled.
See [[:de:Hilfe_Diskussion:Gesichtete_und_geprüfte_Versionen#Ergonomie]] (concerning ergonomics)

An other great idea by User:Herzi_Pinki is to use mouse events instead (+/-)!
To get this working properly with onmouseover or onmouseout, you could put a <div> around #mw-revisiontag => being a 1px frame/border! Everytime the pointer is passing that border, toggleRevRatings() will be performed.
Comment 1 Melancholie 2008-05-07 01:10:47 UTC
Note: If considering those mouse event stuff, that's is a LATER part! Mouse events for such a small box could be a little bit problematic ;-)
Just would have to be tested...
Comment 2 Aaron Schulz 2008-05-07 19:08:58 UTC
Done in r34390
Comment 3 Melancholie 2008-05-07 20:09:06 UTC
But now the box is in full width if toggled in!
Comment 4 Aaron Schulz 2008-05-07 20:09:54 UTC
Yeah, noticed that, in FF/IE. Not Opera.
Comment 5 Melancholie 2008-05-07 20:11:00 UTC
Only if logged in. Maybe interfering with sitenotice?
Comment 6 Aaron Schulz 2008-05-07 20:14:11 UTC
Clear your cache.
Comment 7 Melancholie 2008-05-07 20:19:59 UTC
With (once more) cleared cache it also occurs logged-out:
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategorie

Try http://meineipadresse.de/netrenderer/ (they do not cache!)
Comment 8 Aaron Schulz 2008-05-07 20:26:06 UTC
Any cache bugs should all go into one flaggedrevs cache tracking bug prolly
Comment 9 Melancholie 2008-05-07 20:43:49 UTC
Doesn't IE NetRenderer show you a wide box, too?
Comment 10 Melancholie 2008-05-07 21:36:58 UTC
Try IE6 there, the whole title (h1.firstHeading) is covered!

Yes, I know, as I said in #4. But that is a different bug, one that should be fixed soon anyway.
