When creating an account on wikitech, Nojhan, who previously had a SVN account, received the the following message:

Account creation error There was either an authentication database error or you are not allowed to update your external account.

The password recover options indicates there is no account for this username or mail address.

This is a known issue. Can Nojhan please let us know the following info:

* Preferred wikitech username (this will also be the user's git display name)
* Preferred shell account name (must be lowercase and ascii, this is used for ssh)
* Email address

We need to link old SVN accounts with git accounts.
