Created attachment 8810 [details] example of current layout The contrast differences are VERY small between background and 'unselected text' in the AFT tool. This can be a serious accessibility issue for visually impaired users I fear. Needs review of appropriate contrast values and current contrast values.
Created attachment 8811 [details] bin icon Same for the bin icon btw.
Brandon, can you do a design review check on this? Some of the grays do look really light to me; the checkbox is supposed to be initiallydisabled but the stars and the text under them don't seem to be. The clickable things darken a bit on mouseover; perhaps darkening the labels also would help.
While we are on accessibility btw. It's probably even worse for blind users with screenreaders. With all the divs and javascript.click()'s for the various fields. But we have that issue throughout more of our new JS tools, like much of the toolbar for instance. There should already be a ticket on that somewhere.....
Hi, there has been any progress to resolve the bug?
This bug has not been touched in at least six months, and there was no response to Comment 4 asking about progress. With this in mind, I've been asked by the bugmeister to bump this bug's priority down for "High". Concerns can be addressed to mah@everybody.org.
The extension homepage at [[mw:Extension:ArticleFeedback]] says "This extension has been archived. This extension has not been maintained in some time, and no longer supports recent releases of MediaWiki. The following other choices are still available: [[mw:Extension:ArticleFeedbackv5]]" Furthermore, ArticleFeedback (version 4 or earlier) was removed from all Wikimedia wikis in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/98074/ It is currently unlikely that there will be any further active development of ArticleFeedback (version 4 or earlier). Closing this report as WONTFIX to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this report in the future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development of ArticleFeedback (version 4 or earlier) again. Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
