Basically when blocking a user with something like "{{blocktemplate}} [[Article]]", and then looking at [[Special:CentralAuth/Username]] on a different wiki, the links in the block log point to local targets rather than pointing to the wiki the block was issued on. This can be seen at https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ACentralAuth&target=Legosock where I blocked my alt. account on testwiki.

From bug 61916: -------------------------------------------------------------------- On https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Suporte_Acad%C3%AAmico there is a table cell like this:
Blocked indefinitely. Reason: Conta de propósito único
The link should point to the Portuguese Wikipedia, as in e.g.:
Blocked indefinitely. Reason: Conta de propósito único
If possible, the link should also use the namespace alias and add the "mw-redirect" class whenever that is appropriated, since on https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?page=User%3ASuporte_Acadêmico&uselang=en the link is like this: propósito único --------------------------------------------------------------------
