When you're in a ticket and click the customer-address to see if there's any other ticket of that customer, it would be very helpful if it was possible to do bulk-actions right from that window. Now I first have to copy&paste the e-mailaddress into the search-page, start a search and then bulk-action items.

Pardon my ignorance, but clicking that CustomerID, I get a list of "Customer Tickets" displayed. Using the "Search" button in the top bar, entering the copied CustomerID, and searching, I basically get the same result and fail to see where additional bulk actions are available?
Hmm, when I use the search function, at <https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketSearch>, enter a CustomerID (email address) and hit Search, I get a page with the results of the tickets from that Customer and a "Bulk Action" button in the bottom left hand corner?
